1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking a tour with Sonali Shrikant HARSHE (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), you (“Customer”, “Participant”, “you”, or “your”) agree to these Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”). Please read them carefully before you proceed with your booking.

2. Booking and Payment

2.1. All tour bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the Company.

2.2. Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place on the tour.

2.3. Payments can be made online via credit card, debit card, or other payment methods as indicated on our website.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

3.1 All cancellations must be made in writing and sent to us via email at [Your Contact Email]. The cancellation will be effective from the date we receive it.

3.2. Cancellation by Participants

3.2.1. More than 30 days before the tour starts: Full refund minus an administrative fee.

3.2.2. 15 to 30 days before the tour starts: 75% refund of the total tour cost.

3.2.3. 7 to 15 days before the tour starts: 50% refund of the total tour cost.

3.2.4. Less than 7 days before tour start: No refund will be provided.

3.3. Late Arrivals and No Shows

3.3.1. Late arrivals or no-shows on the day of the tour will not be refunded.

3.3.2. If you are running late, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate, but cannot guarantee full tour participation.

3.4. Cancellation by the Company

3.4.1. We reserve the right to cancel any tour due to insufficient enrollment, extreme weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control such as strikes or closing of the monuments

3.4.2. In such cases, participants will be notified as soon as possible and offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.

3.5. Partial Cancellations

3.5.1. If you need to decrease the number of participants in your booking, the above cancellation terms will apply per person cancelled.

3.6. Refund Processing

3.6.1. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days of the cancellation confirmation.

3.6.2. We are not responsible for any banking or credit card fees that you may incur.

3.7. Tour Alterations

3.7.1. Minor changes to your booking (such as changing the date) can be made subject to availability and may incur an administrative fee.

3.7.2. Major changes (such as changing the tour type) will be treated as a cancellation and rebooking.

3.8. Force Majeure

8.1. In the event of force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, political instability), standard cancellation policies may be amended at our discretion.

4. Insurance and Liability

4.1. The Company does not provide insurance. It is strongly recommended that Participants arrange their own travel insurance covering health, injury, property, and cancellation risks.

4.2. The Company is not liable for personal injuries, death, damage to property, or other losses whether arising from accident, cancellations, delays, or other unforeseeable circumstances. Participants assume all risks associated with the tour.

5. Conduct and Behavior

5.1. Participants are expected to behave respectfully and responsibly during the tour.

5.2. The Company reserves the right to remove any participant from the tour for behaviour deemed inappropriate, disruptive, or dangerous. No refund will be provided in such cases.

6. Itinerary Changes

6.1. The Company may modify tour itineraries due to conditions beyond our control (e.g., weather, strikes, or local regulations).

6.2. No refunds will be issued for itinerary changes that arise from unforeseen circumstances.

7. Health and Safety

7.1. Participants should be in good physical health to engage in the tours, which may involve walking and other physical activities.

7.2. Participants are responsible for informing the Company of any medical or health conditions that may affect their ability to participate in the tour.

8. Privacy Policy

8.1. Personal information collected by the Company during the booking process is used solely for the purpose of booking the tour and will not be shared with third parties, except as required by law.

9. Intellectual Property

9.1. The Company owns all content and materials provided during the tour. Participants may not use such materials for any commercial purpose without written consent from the Company.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

10.1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France.

10.2. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts.
