Operator Terms

The operator has not published additional operator-specific terms on this page yet. The payment, cancellation, refund, date, participant, ticket and supplier-cost terms shown during purchase apply to the selected experience.

Bookings and Payment

Bookings are made with Sonali Shrikant Harshe and are subject to availability, confirmation, the price shown before payment, and the terms displayed for the selected experience at checkout.

Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation rules depend on the experience purchased and are shown before payment. Refunds may be full, partial, or unavailable where disclosed non-refundable ticket, supplier, or booking terms apply. Bank processing time can differ from the operator's refund approval time.

Operator Cancellation or Non-Performance

If the operator cancels, cannot perform the confirmed service, or does not provide a mandatory part of the paid service, the traveller keeps mandatory rights to an appropriate remedy, including refund where required by applicable consumer law. This does not limit stronger rights shown at checkout or granted by mandatory law.

Consumer Rights

Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights. Under Article L.221-28 12° of the French Consumer Code, the 14-day withdrawal right does not apply to leisure services supplied on a specific date or during a specific period. This exception does not extend to undated products or other services. Contractual cancellation rights remain separate.

Complaints can be sent to the operator at contact@tourswithsonali.com. Include the booking reference, traveller contact details, date of the experience and a short description of the issue.
